Dear Hub Store Users,

We are committed to continually improving our services and ensuring that you have the best experience possible when using the Hub Store. As part of our ongoing efforts, we have made some important updates to the Hub Store Terms of Service.

1. Independent Creation and Disclaimer:

  • The Hub Store features a diverse collection of Hubs developed by various independent parties from around the world. It is important to note that InspireHUB Inc. ("InspireHUB") does not endorse or recommend any of the Hubs listed in the Hub Store.
  • InspireHUB disclaims any liability for the content, functionality, or services provided by these independently created Hubs.

2. Third-Party Subscription and Payment Services:

  • Some Hubs may offer subscription and payment services managed exclusively by the respective Hub owners.
  • InspireHUB is not responsible for, and will not mediate, any disputes, claims, or issues arising from transactions conducted through these Hubs. Users must resolve any issues directly with the Hub owner.

3. Limitation of Liability:

  • InspireHUB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Hubs listed in the Hub Store.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, any transactions, interactions, or disputes between users and Hub owners.

4. User Agreement:

  • By accessing or using the Hub Store, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated terms of this Addendum.
  • If users do not agree to these terms, they do not have permission to access or use the Hub Store.

Why These Changes?

These updates aim to clarify the roles and responsibilities of InspireHUB and the independent Hub owners, ensuring a transparent and secure environment for all users. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience while protecting both InspireHUB and our users.
